The location is amazing. It allows easy access to many attractions. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with directions. I found pleasant local restaurants nearby.

Excellent Stay Right in the City Center!

The location is fantastic it is a short walk to the main attractions. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. My room had a useful mini fridge I used to store drinks and snacks. Breakfast the first morning featured a buffet I found quite satisfactory.
The street noise at night was quite loud I found it difficult to sleep some nights.

the location is really great for seeing sights. it is easy to catch buses and trams right outside. the staff helped with taxi arrangements and gave us clean towels every day. an iron was also available when i needed it.
i found the traffic noise quite loud even with closed windows. when the windows were open the noise made watching tv difficult. there was also not much storage space in the room and the wifi signal was weak at times.

The staff greeted me warmly each time I passed the reception desk. They were very friendly. My room was both clean and spacious. Its location proved to be GREAT, close to everything I needed . I especially liked having that refrigerator in the room.
My room faced the street. It was a bit noisy due to the trams. the noise didn't bother me too much.

the location is great, really close to bus stops. the bus system is simple to navigate. the room i stayed in was big, with an electric kettle. reception staff was nice and competent.
i find the hotel a little noisy, hearing sounds from the street. the traffic and people were quite loud. weekend nights were the worst, as people shouted on the street.
